The spacious bedroom offers a view of the lively Hanover Street, while the open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area create a bright, airy atmosphere. The comfortable couch is perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching TV after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal on nights when you prefer to stay in.
The modern bathroom is a standout feature, offering both a bath and a walk-in shower—perfect for unwinding after your adventures in the city.
PLEASE NOTE: The jacuzzi function of the bath is not unavailable.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, please note that there are a few steps leading up to the entrance from the street.
The apartment is conveniently located with easy access to major bus routes and just a 5-minute walk from the Princess Street Tram stop. Edinburgh’s historic Royal Mile in the Old Town is only a 10-minute walk away, making this a fantastic base for exploring the city. Whether you're seeking a cosy night in or heading out to explore, this apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience.
Our check-in process is straightforward and flexible—self-check-in is the only option, with a key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
Although we do not offer parking, paid public parking can be found on nearby streets.
Please note a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in, no money is actually charged but there is a pre-authorization of 1 euro, this is not applicable for Airbnb bookings.
