Thank you for bringing the issue with the bathroom plug to our attention we will inspect it promptly and replace it if necessary. Regarding the kitchen, please note that there is a microwave located on the right-hand side of the kitchen. There are two appliances there—one is a microwave, and the other is an oven. We understand this setup can sometimes be mistaken for two ovens, but this is not the case. Additionally, beneath the coffee machine, there is a warming drawer for plates. For laundry supplies, you should find powderpods either under the kitchen sinkin the wooden kitchen cupboard next to the windows. If you have trouble locating themhave any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to assist and guide you to the right place for any items you need. Plenty of space (and then some) for our group of five, including a massive kitchen/dining area and a comfortable living room. We had one maintenance issue during our stay which was handled promptly. Our only complaint is that the master bed, while comfortable, sits low to the ground and isn’t the easiest to get in/out of, which could be an issue for some people. Would definitely stay again.
