This gorgeous guest house features 4 bedrooms - 2 family rooms (each with 1 single bed and 1 double bed), 1 twin room (with 2 single beds) and 1 double room (with 1 double bed)- and comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. Each room features hot drink facilities, TV, hotel grade linen, 100% cotton towels, TV, plenty of spare sockets, ample storage and a desk. All bathrooms feature a WC, sink and walk-in shower and come with soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Living spaces (living room, kitchen diner, utility room, one bathroom and, entrance hall and kitchen) are on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms are up 1 flight of stairs on the 1st floor and the 4th bedroom and second bathroom are located up 2 flights of stairs on the 2nd floor. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances you would expect including a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and more. There is pay and display parking nearby in the surrounding area and in the 2 large public car parks a 15 minute walk away from the property. Parking is pay and display but is free from 6pm to 8am on street parking. The car park rates are very good but has no free period.
