Pinewood House includes a king-size bed in the first bedroom, two cozy single beds and a crib in the second, and a single bed in the third, accommodating a maximum of 5 guests. One cot is also provided, but please note that guests should bring their own cot linen (under 2’s are not included in the maximum occupancy).
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, while the cozy living room offers a perfect space for unwinding and enjoying the views. There is also a spacious garden with decking and a parasol for those sunny Scottish days.

Welcome to our comfortable 4-bedroom home, located just moments from Inverness city centre and the River Ness. This property is a great base for families or groups of up to 7 guests looking to explore the Highlands with everything close by. The house features four inviting bedrooms on the first floor—three with double beds and one with a single bed—offering a flexible setup for different group sizes.
You’ll have full and private use of the entire house, with no shared spaces. On the ground floor, there’s a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area perfect for meals together, as well as a separate lounge where you can relax after a day out. The bathroom, located upstairs, features a bath with an overhead shower.
The property is accessed from ground level, and while there are no steps at the entrance, a staircase leads to the first floor where all the bedrooms and the bathroom are located.
Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
