Lovely double private room in this large shared duplex apartment is located on the lower-ground floor. Your room is fully furnished, spacious and well equipped. Your bed, mattress and bedding are superb quality, linen is 100% cotton and all of our laundry is laundered to a very high standard. We take pride in our services and ensure all of our rooms (including communal areas) are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard.
Just opposite your room there is a shared bathroom (featuring a large bath and shower) and a shared WC. These are both shared only with 1 other room. Also on your floor, there is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, dining room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is very large and has lots of nice features including two sinks, a large refrigerator and separate freezer, enormous oven and gas hob, coffee machine and everything else you would expect in a well equipped kitchen.
The living room is huge and features LED and mood strip lighting, lamps, pool table, 3 double sofa beds and solid flooring ideal for entertaining. The room can also be rearranged into your very own cinema with its surround LED lighting and 65 inch smart TV with access all of your favourite TV shows and films. This room can also be arranged into a games room and entertainment space.
To the rear of the apartment is a large, well maintained garden - a wonderful place to spend time on sunny days or even summer nights.
The apartment is situated in a wonderful location in the city centre yet feels secluded from the business of the streets. This is perhaps due to only one bedroom at the front and the rest of the rooms are either at the rear of the property and/or on the lower level - still with lots of natural light - and away from the hustle and bustle of being right in the city centre.
A security deposit registration through a swikly link sent to the guest must be completed in order to confirm the booking and check-in details.
This registration will not be charged or show in your bank statement this is a guarantee in case there is any damages to the property done by the guest or any kind of misconduct.
