Your spacious private bedroom features 1 double bed. There is a large wardrobe, drawers and other storage ideal for travellers and shoppers alike.
There is a bathroom featuring both a large bath and shower. The living and dining room are open plan - perfect for kids to play or to entertain additional guests. The kitchen features everything you would expect and more. There are skylight windows and hard flooring throughout giving the apartments loads of natural light and a lovely feel.
All bedding is in excellent condition (and very new) and all linen and towels provided are 100% cotton and excellent quality to ensure an excellent sleep. We adhere to very high standards including our cleaning and regular maintenance of all areas of the apartment. Communal areas (including the shared bathroom, kitchen and living spaces) are cleaned regularly, typically on a daily basis.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has its own main door entrance.
There are free toiletries and other amenities provided free of charge as well as a taste of Edinburgh's renowned hospitality.

The location is fantastic with a bus stop just 20 metres away with direct links to the CIty Centre and throughout the rest of Edinburgh. There are shops, cafes, restaurants and walks within a 5 minute walk. There is free parking also on the street.
A security deposit registration through a swikly link sent to the guest must be completed in order to confirm the booking and check-in details.
This registration will not be charged or show in your bank statement this is a guarantee in case there is any damages to the property done by the guest or any kind of misconduct.
